In the end of 2002 Sherita M Ltd. started to implement the Quality Control System and since July 2003 has an ISO 9001:2000 Certificate.
Due to the fact that a large part of our partners and clients are leading Bulgarian and international companies, since 2002 Sherita M is a member of the Agency for Little and Medium Enterprises and since 2003 a full member of the American Chamber of Commerce, which contributes to the successful customer relations of the company.
Everyday service and care of our customers is not only a duty but also a challenge for us. Since 2004 Sherita M offers not only cleaning but also additional services such as interior decoration and gardening which expands the company’s activity to a complex care of the customer’s environment.
Since 2003 Sherita M starts its business in the fields of flower retail services, complex flower interior decoration and gardening. In order to improve our services, we have developed an on-line flower shop and 24 hours delivery service.
Our services are aimed at individual, as well as at corporate clients, to whom we can offer our expertise in decoration of reception areas, offices and company events.
We use equipment and materials of the leading manufacturers, who have proven the quality of their products throughout the years.
For our cleaning services, we use only high quality detergents by “Tana”, “Buzil” – Germany, “Johnson” – USA, WeissChim PaChico, Henkel Ecolab and leading Bulgarian manufacturers.
